You and I are partners in your health care.
The road to your optimal health is one that we walk together. Your acupuncture treatment plan is created especially for you, to address your particular concerns and symptoms, based on your unique biological make up and lifestyle. To best serve our shared goal – your health – we each need to bring some things to the table. You bring your story, your life experience, your medical history, and your commitment to your healthy future. I bring my skill as a practitioner and the ability to analyze the information and frame it within the context of Oriental Medicine. Together, we move forward with treatment until your goals are met.
Patient service is my priority, and my first concern is your well-being.
As a business owner, my goal is to provide excellent customer service. As a health care practitioner, it is my job to serve you and your health.
I am well educated and highly trained.
With an undergraduate degree from Northwestern University and a Masters Degree in Oriental Medicine from Southwest Acupuncture College, you can feel confident that I am trained by the best. Many people do not realize that in order to practice Acupuncture, I attended school full time for over three years and took a series of national examinations. I am certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and licensed in the states of Wisconsin and Colorado. Learn more about my education here.
I believe in making Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine accessible and affordable.
I am always open to discussion when it comes to affordable health care. Acupuncture is a modality that often works best if it is received frequently over a short period of time. Community style acupuncture is designed to be affordable so that you can come more often, and see results more quickly. If the sliding scale is cost-prohibitive for you, I want to hear about it. I will be upfront with you about the best treatment plan for your situation, and I would love to hear feedback from you about what type of payments allow you to continue to receive care until your issues have been resolved.
I am committed to creating partnerships across medical disciplines.
Chinese Medicine can stand alone as a medical modality, but most people in the United States are patients of Western allopathic medicine. If you are under the care of a physician, chiropractor, or other health professional, then we can work collaboratively to give you the best integrative care. Acupuncture is an excellent complimentary therapy to the medical care you are receiving from other professionals.
I am available to you through phone and email.
As your health care practitioner, I am open to your questions and concerns whenever you have them. Please do not hesitate to reach me by phone at 719-588-7113, or send me an email at Tanner@OpenSkiesAcupuncture.com.
I appreciate you as a patient.
I am honored that you have chosen to include Open Skies Acupuncture as part of your health care program. The best compliment that you can give me is to refer me to your friends and family. To show my appreciation, I have a referral discount program for both you and the people you refer.
